The rights in the processing of personal data are regulated by Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of April 27th 2016 no. 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46 /ES (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter "the Regulation") and in Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on the Amendment of Certain Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”).
